Upskilling my Spanish (beginners) for Primary Teachers (Oct-Dec 2025)

The course will include:

• Greetings and useful words/phrases -
• Introducing yourself and distinguishing formal and informal YOU - Role Play activities
• Identifying 21 Spanish Speaking countries and cultural awareness
• Short Dialogue practice Role Play Activity and Duolingo for Spanish 
• Articles, Numbers, colours, introducing online resources for Spanish
• Reinforcing and consolidating the learning from previous sessions
• Days of the week, months, seasons,  oral and written exercises (online resources)
• Choose one subject learnt up to now propose an action plan for implementation of their learning to ensure lasting impact on pupil's learning outcomes and experiences
• Some Regular Verbs Present Tense, oral and written exercises (online resources)
• Gender/Adjective/nouns word order  oral and written exercises (online resources)
• Reinforcing and consolidating the learning from previous sessions
• Basic hobbies and learning Me gusta v/s Me gustaria (uses of I like v/s I would like)
• Reinforcing and consolidating the learning from previous sessions by choosing 1 of the 21 countries, tell your classmate about it (and Spanglish a little!)
