At this challenging time in particular, it is more important than ever to focus on your well-being and resilience as a teacher. If you don’t replenish and restore yourself, you may quickly become depleted and emotionally exhausted.
The field of Positive Psychology (the science of well-being and resilience) can provide teachers with many skills and strategies to help to develop the resilience needed at this time, in order to feel strong and equipped to face current challenges.
This webinar will outline the fields of Positive Psychology and resilience, as well as sharing 10 specific resilience skills which teachers can use to create their own ‘Resilience Tool Kit’.
‘Self-care is not selfish; you cannot serve from an empty vessel.’
