Course Outline

Session 1: 10.30- 12.30 : Review the Professional Role of the SNA, including effective Practice , Professional behaviour,  GDPR responsibilities and Child Safeguarding Responsibilities.

Session 2 :  1.30pm - 3.30pm : Introduction to Restorative Practice as an Effective Strategy for Promoting Positive Behaviour and Managing Challenging Behaviour.
