Building Shared & Distributive Leadership Cultures in Schools - Kieran Sweeney

This workshop explores how shared leadership can support school improvement, collaboration
and collective responsibility. Grounded in Looking at Our School 2022, it is suitable for
established and aspiring leaders who want to build leadership capacity across the school
community.

Kieran Sweeney is an accredited post-primary coach with experience as an AP1, Deputy
Principal, Principal and former Director of Limerick Education Centre. He is a qualified and
