Leading Effective Teams for School Improvement

This interactive two-part workshop supports middle leaders in developing effective teams and
strengthening collaborative practice. Using the language of Looking at Our School 2022,
participants will explore team dynamics, shared responsibility, professional relationships,
decision-making, conflict situations and practical strategies to support effective teamwork.
